Can I change my order that has already been placed?
Unfortunately, once orders are placed, we have no way to edit them to add items. However, if your order hasn’t been processed, we are able to cancel your original order and you can place a new order with updated preferences. Please let us know how you would like to proceed at 979.314.0512 or howdy@aggielandoutfitters.com.
How can I cancel my order or an item in my order?
To cancel your order, please contact our online support team at 979.314.0512 or howdy@aggielandoutfitters.com. Our team will be happy to assist in canceling the order/item and refund you if it has not already been processed.

Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact our online support team at 979.314.0512 or howdy@aggielandoutfitters.com if you need to change your shipping address. We are only able to change the shipping address if the order is not fulfilled yet.
Out of stock items
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are unavailable, we will cancel and refund those items. You'll receive an email notification regarding the unfulfilled products, and we'll ship the remaining items in your order.
What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
To address any missing items in your order, please reach out to our online support team at 979.314.0512 or via email at howdy@aggielandoutfitters.com. Kindly include a photo of the business card of the individual who packaged your order along with the picking ticket. This information will enable us to assist you in shipping the missing item promptly.
Can I place an order over the phone?
We are pleased to accommodate phone orders and invite you to reach out to us at your convenience. Our customer service team is available Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST at 979.314.0512.
Returns
How do I return/exchange an item?
Our straightforward return process ensures hassle-free returns and exchanges! We provide exchanges and returns for store credit, provided that the item is unworn, unwashed, and still has its tags intact. For returns to the original payment method, a return shipping fee of $7.99 applies. Please note that we do not refund the original shipping fee. What if my item arrived broken?
If you've received an incorrect item, or if it arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll gladly waive any associated fees. Please begin the return process by visiting our return portal link: Start a Return / Exchange
Shipping
Which shipping carriers are used for deliveries?
All orders are shipped through FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ensure that your Aggie gear arrives quickly and safely.
What is the delivery timeline?
The delivery timeframe will sometimes vary due to the origin and destination of your item. Orders of items in our facility are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Once the order is in possession of the carrier, the lead time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Please be aware that during busy seasons or special promotions, there may be slight delays in delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order is dispatched. Special orders and customized items can sometimes have a longer lead time.
When is the cutoff time for shipping expedited orders?
Our cut-off for expedited shipping is 1 PM CST, Monday to Saturday.
I qualified for free shipping, but still received a shipping charge.
Certain items may not qualify for our free shipping promotion on orders over $150. Additional shipping fees may be incurred for bulky or oversized items.
Why is my order tracking information not updating or "moving through the network"?
Once we ship orders, we have access to the same tracking information as our customers and are unfortunately unable to provide additional details. If there are concerns about your package being lost, please contact our online support team at 979.314.0512 or howdy@aggielandoutfitters.com and we can assist you in filing a claim for a missing package.
In-Store Pickup
How long do I have to pick up my order?
You have a 60-day window to collect your items. We'll reach out to you via email and/or phone approximately at the 30, 45, and 55-day intervals. After 60 days, unclaimed items will be donated to charity, and refunds won't be issued for the order. If you encounter any exceptional circumstances, please inform us at howdy@aggielandoutfitters.com.
Local Delivery
Who qualifies for local delivery?
We offer local delivery to select zip codes in Bryan/College Station.
Do I need to include any delivery information for my local delivery?
If you're a student or live in a gated apartment complex or dormitory, kindly provide a gate code or any additional delivery instructions to help our drivers swiftly and efficiently deliver your Aggie Merchandise.
Can I change my shipping address?
Orders placed for same-day delivery are promptly processed and typically cannot be modified. Once an order is in progress, en route, or delivered, we regretfully cannot accommodate cancellations or changes. However, if you need to cancel or modify an order that hasn't been processed yet, please contact us at 979.314.0512.
Can my order be delivered if I am not home?
Depending on the delivery location, if the recipient isn't available when we attempt delivery, our courier may leave the gift in a secure spot for them to collect later, deliver it to a neighbor, or leave a message for the recipient to arrange a convenient delivery time.
Pricing & Billing
Are there any exclusions for discounts?
Yes, discounts do not apply to Jon Hart, jerseys, Ol' Sarge, boots, gift cards, and certain other items. For details about specific items, please contact us at howdy@aggielandoutfitters.com.
Accepted Payment Methods
We're pleased to offer a variety of payment methods for in-store purchases, including Discover, Visa, American Express, Mastercard, and Afterpay. Furthermore, for your convenience, we accept express payment options such as ShopPay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Venmo at checkout. Please be aware that checks are accepted exclusively in-store, while money orders are not accepted.
